TURESPAÑA, the party responsible for processing your personal data, informs you that the aforementioned data will be handled in accordance with the provisions of current regulations on the protection of personal data, Regulation (UE) 2016/679 (GDPR), Organic Law (ES) 3/2018 (LOPD) and Royal Decree (ES) 1720/2007 (RDLOPD) for the purpose of managing the Entries of the Participants in the Promotion (including competitions, sweepstakes, or games) conducted by the Organizer for the sole purpose of fulfilling the Promotion in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions, or sending requested information. TURESPAÑA, the party responsible for processing your personal data, informs you that the aforementioned data will be handled in accordance with the provisions of current regulations on the protection of personal data, Regulation (UE) 2016/679 (GDPR), Organic Law (ES) 3/2018 (LOPD) and Royal Decree (ES) 1720/2007 (RDLOPD) for the purpose of delivering news or any other type of relevant information about Spanish tourism and to aid in TURESPAÑA’s efforts to promote tourism. You have the right at any time to access, modify and delete data, as well as other rights as explained in the following supplemental information: The Tourism Institute of Spain - TURESPAÑA - the official tourism body for the promotion of tourism to Spain, is responsible for your data. By law, we must request consent to use your data and send you communications. The personal data will be kept until you request their deletion. Your personal data will not be communicated with third parties other than Air Europa and/or VP Hoteles. On the basis of the information provided, we will draw up a profile including your interests in order to send you relevant information. No decision will be taken automatically based on your profile.
